Return Process

  Log into your iHome account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the product in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
